During the 2008 conference, the UCDMO focused on the partnership between the DoD and the IC as the organizations moved toward increased Information Sharing. This year the conference will explore a key step in enabling transparent information sharing - Reciprocity. By establishing common, coherent and consistent practices, UCDMO helps move the communities closer to the goal of seamless Information Sharing through a unified approach of engagement, education, socialization and motivation.
