Where and when does the 2008 Synergy Conference take place?

The Synergy Conference general session, breakouts, and technology exposition will be held at the Marco Island Marriott Beach Resort from 12 – 14 August 2008.

What is the cost of the conference?

Is the hotel fee included in my registration?

No, the hotel fee is not included in your registration fee.

How do I pay the registration fee?

When you register for the conference via the online registration or registration form you may enter your payment information. Credit cards will not be processed until 25 July 2008. If you have a purchase order, please fax it to us at time of registration. If you would like to call in your payment information, please call 888-603-8899 and ask for Jamie Koehler at ext. 237.

How do I get from the airport to the Marco Island Marriott Beach Resort?

From the Miami International Airport take 836 West to the Florida Turnpike South. Take the first exit onto 821. This will put you on Route 41 West. Go to State Road 92 and turn left. Follow 92 onto Marco Island. Turn left onto Collier Boulevard. The hotel is on the right.

From the Naples Municipal Airport take Airport-Pulling Road South to Hwy 41 East to Hwy 951 also called Collier Boulevard. Take Hwy 951 – Collier Boulevard South to Marco Island Bridge. The hotel is 3 miles down on the right hand side.

When and how do I receive my receipt of payment?

Credit card payments will be processed beginning 25 July 2008. Receipts will be emailed following the charge. All registrations made after 25 July 2008 will receive a receipt along with registration confirmation within 3 business days.

What is the cancellation deadline?

The cancellation deadline is 24 July 2008. All cancellations must be received in writing no later than this date in order to receive a refund. After 24 July you will be held liable for 100% of the amount due. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Where should I make my hotel reservations?

We have a block of discounted rooms reserved at the Marco Island Marriott Beach Resort for conference participants. Please call the hotel at 239-394-2511 and ask for the Synergy Conference group rate.

Is there a one-day pass for this conference?

No, there is just the full conference rate.

What is the dress code?

Dress code is Business Casual or Class B (open collar) for Attendees/Exhibitors and Business attire or Class A
(blouse & tie) for Speakers.

Where can I find the agenda?

The agenda will be posted on the conference website when it is announced.

If I can't attend the event, do you accept substitutions?

To submit a substitution for your registration, fax a completed Substitution Form to 301-596-6274 by 6 August 2008. Substitutions made after 6 August 2008 should be processed onsite at the Attendee Registration area. There are no one day substitutions, only full conference substitutions.
