Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) Credential Awarded to NCSI Director of Operations

The CMP program recognizes individuals who have achieved the industry's highest standard of professionalism. Established in 1985, the CMP program was developed to increase the proficiency of meeting professionals in all segments of the industry. Ms. Smith is the Director of Operations for the Conference and Convention Division of NCSI and has been employed by NCSI since 2003. She is also a Certified Government Meeting Professional (CGMP).
