On October 27 – 30, more than 850 people from the DoD, Intelligence Community and Industry convened in Dallas, Texas for the DoD & IC Partnership Conference. The conference focused on the changes to current policies and processes affecting the cross domain and certification and accreditation efforts.
Featuring presentations from top leaders of the DoD and ODNI, the conference incorporated three different tracks addressing Cross Domain, Certification & Accreditation and a variety of other topics of special interest to the community. Workshops provided hands-on training further explaining the processes being put in place to meet the information sharing needs of the DoD and IC. Attendees also had the opportunity to visit the Exhibit Hall featuring over forty technology companies offering their latest and greatest solutions to the challenges currently facing Cross Domain and the Certification & Accreditation efforts. The exhibit hall enhanced the attendees’ experience by providing face to face interaction with industry representatives who can answer questions and provide suggestions for future enhancements. Several networking socials allowed for continued discussions between counterparts in a more relaxed setting. In the spirit of the season, the All-Hands Networking Costume Soiree featured a live band and a performance of Michael Jackson’s ‘Thriller’ by a local Dallas dance troop. The conference was a success for all those who attended and exhibited. Presentation slides are available for registered attendees only. |
