The DIA Industry Day was held on Thursday, November 13, 2008 in the beautiful Gaylord National Hotel in Washington, D.C. This year the Defense Intelligence Agency turned their focus to the challenges they are facing as a result of intelligence transformation activities.

The Deputy Director for Information Management and Chief Information Officer, Mr. Grant Schneider, kicked off the event with a few opening remarks. He was then followed by the Director of DIA, Lieutenant General Michael D. Maples. The DIA anticipates developing approaches and possible solutions to meet the challenges discussed.
