The 2nd Annual U.S. Army Sustainable Range Program (SRP) Workshop is the key integrated training event for Range Modernization, Range Operations, and Integrated Training Area Management for the SRP community. The Sustainable Range Program integrates all management disciplines that affect or are affected by live training and testing. The SRP will ensure that the Army’s ranges and land assets are capable, available, and accessible indefinitely to support readiness. SRP is defined by its two core programs, the Range and Training Land Program (RTLP) and the Integrated Training Area Management (ITAM) Program. The conference will be held 8-11 July 2008 in San Antonio, Texas.

The 2008 Army SRP Workshop objectives are to:

  • Provide the latest DA guidance and procedures for sustainable range management.
  • Allow the SRP community to share latest in effective range development, operation, and sustainment.
  • Demonstrate how the Army SRP supports Army training and readiness.
