Founded in 1997, NCSI is the premier provider of integrated marketing services and event solutions to the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community and the Federal Government. NCSI's staff of dedicated professionals executes marketing campaigns and production services for more than 120 successful conferences, technology expositions and specialized meetings annually throughout the U.S. and abroad. Capabilities also include on-site government meeting planners and support personnel to handle a broad array of marketing and event related services.

As the leader of NCSI's Federal Events Division, Rebecca utilizes her diverse experience in management, sales, operations, and event planning to lead a professional staff of fifteen that markets and produces over 120 expositions and related events annually on-site at government agencies and military bases stateside and abroad. She also serves as NCSI's main POC for client relationships with agency leadership at NSA, US Army, USAF, USN, USMC, JFCOM and numerous civilian federal agencies.

Rebecca has managed and overseen NCSI's international conferences and events since 2006 and she organized and conducted the on-site technology expositions for military installations throughout the U.S., Germany, Italy, England, South Korea and Japan. In addition, Rebecca helped pioneer the highly successful Business-in-a-Minute industry outreach event for the National Security Agency (NSA).
