Founded in 1997, NCSI is the premier provider of integrated marketing services and event solutions to the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community and the Federal Government. NCSI's staff of dedicated professionals executes marketing campaigns and production services for more than 120 successful conferences, technology expositions and specialized meetings annually throughout the U.S. and abroad. Capabilities also include on-site government meeting planners and support personnel to handle a broad array of marketing and event related services.

Elissa leads a staff of fifteen professionals and is responsible for oversight of NCSI's marketing and production of conferences, conventions and expositions including the DoDIIS Worldwide Conference & Exposition. She also serves as NCSI's main POC for client relationships with agency leadership at DIA, OUSD(I), ODNI, US Army, USAF and JFCOM.
