
We are seeking a dynamic, career minded sales individual to join our Federal Events team selling booth space to corporate technology companies for our more than 130 one-day Federal Technology Expositions. These events are held each year at more than 60 federal locations in the United States, Asia and Europe, including most military bases of significant size.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain and grow existing client base
• Prospect and develop new business
• Implement and execute marketing strategies
• Maintain and develop customer relationships with contact by phone and in person
• Work local and out of town events
• Accountable for meeting individual and team goals
• Display a positive professional attitude and a high level of customer service to customers and teammates
• Utilize database to record and track sales
Qualifications/Requirements:
• BS/BA degree
• Two plus years proven successful sales experience
• Demonstrated work ethic
• Professional, highly motivated self starter that is skilled at networking and relationship building
• Attention to detail, execution and follow through
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Travel is required 30% of the year which will include some weekends
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• US citizenship
